As a first-generation Chinese-American and daughter of a refugee, I grew up immersed in the realities of entrepreneurship and hard work. My upbringing instilled in me a relentless work ethic and a vision for achieving success while creating meaningful impact. Today, I partner with top investors across the nation who share my commitment to doing good business that delivers real results.
With a background in Architecture and a Masters in Business, I bring a unique perspective—one that blends a deep understanding of the built environment with a sharp financial acumen. Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about empowering women, particularly women of color. In 2021, I founded SARE Ladies, a sister brand to Subtle Asian Real Estate (SARE), a global network of 24,000 Asian investors. Through this platform, I’ve hosted national women’s summits, Women’s investor trips, a thriving podcast. I didn’t grow up in a family with means. But the values that I learned from my parents and grandmother have allowed me to carve out a successful 20+ year marketing career as well as being a US Army Veteran.
My strengths lie in being a strong operator and infrastructure builder with a propensity for data and numbers. My happy place exists in spreadsheets and numbers because I believe that if you look close enough you can spot the patterns and story that exists there. And while myself and my wife continue to strive for our family, our passion extends to building value and wealth for our community of investors too.

With a large supply of aging properties and a growing demand for rental housing, these investments present attractive valuations. As the U.S. faces ongoing housing supply and demand imbalances, renting is positioned to grow significantly through 2024-2025. By targeting properties where strategic renovations and upgrades can unlock hidden value, we increase rents and enhance overall asset performance. This approach allows us to capitalize on market inefficiencies, address the growing need for rental housing, and position our investments for strong returns and long-term appreciation.

The city's rapid population growth, fueled by corporate relocations and a business-friendly economy, makes it an ideal location for multifamily investments. Dallas is also making significant infrastructure investments, including its two major airports—DFW and DAL—which enhance connectivity and support economic expansion. The city’s large working-class population creates a steady demand for rental housing, with reliable rent payments. This, along with a resilient economy and strong infrastructure, positions Dallas as a prime market for long-term value and sustainable returns.

During our ownership, we monitor market conditions to adjust these plans and associated capital spending requirements. Our asset managers then coordinate with our property managers to execute the repositioning, expand net operating income, and capture additional financial benefits.

Our procurement team sources directly from manufacturers, reducing materials costs by an average of 30% and allowing for same-day delivery of in-stock supplies from our local warehouse.
This allows us to complete renovations and repairs on schedule and on budget.
