The Pathways to Real Estate Investing Conference 2025, hosted by Marjie The Flipper Queen is a unique three-day event dedicated to empowering women and supporters of women in the real estate industry.

The event has 15 incredible speakers (including Anita Wong) who have mastered various investing pathways, ready to share their knowledge and actionable steps to help you start or scale your portfolio. Real estate isn't one-size-fits-all. There are so many avenues to explore: wholesaling, house flipping, land deals, mid-term rentals, syndication, government housing, design and development, private lending, and so much more. For an upcoming Dallas trip in Q2, we will be taking investors interested on a tour of our property, Emerald Point! This is open to our entire community to help me with better understanding how to run a multifamily property and get that behind the scenes look of the operations.

This will be great for people looking to become LPs or even making that step to GP.
